“wine has always been a passion of mine— I love the stories, the people, and the joy of discovery. my husband and i own and operate queen’s english, a cantonese restaurant in washington, dc. i became the sommelier of our restaurant, learning to pair wine with cantonese cuisine. this challenge brought about discovery of new grapes, interesting regions and inspiring wine makers.

our wine selection bred it’s own sense of community amongst our guests and staff alike. we won awards for best wine list and garnered a michelin star for our bottle selection. wine not wine club is an extension of the synergy that our wine selection created.

a monthly club that reflects my philosophy: wines should have no pretense and lots of personality. it’s about enjoyment and discovery, not exclusivity.
